I've built online stores from scratch, migrated platforms during COVID and Brexit, managed P&L across European markets, and launched a global merch operation for CD PROJEKT RED.

Since late 2025 I've gone deep into AI agents — not the hype, the actual tools. I co-founded AladdinAI to bring that to businesses that need it.

I untangle sales processes and systems: orders, invoicing, logistics, reporting. I cut the tools you don't need, bring data into one place and automate what the team does by hand.

Practitioner,
not a guru.

When I talk about AI, it's because I build it for real companies — from a dedicated agent that runs audits to AI-built automations for small and mid-sized businesses. When I talk about e-commerce, it's because I've personally run the numbers.

I split my time between Poland and Thailand. I'm into Japanese food, strong opinions on LinkedIn, and building things that work — even when they don't look perfect yet.
